I’d do a bit of a review on Suzuki DRZ400S I’ve been getting thousands of reviews of people. They ask me about the Suzuki DRZ400S bike well maybe not thousand. I bought the black secondhand it had a bear just under two thousand K’s on it. I paid about five thousand six hundred dollars for this motorcycle which is a bargain. It already came with a lot of the gears stuff on it.  These bark Buster’s they were on it it’s off the metal ones. I saw a clutch lever and brake too blingy for me. It is nice quality so that’ll run well they had this hammerhead nearly a lot stronger. Were four hundred fifty bucks so that was on it. These are hke footpegs they were on the bike as well again. They’re up around $160 mark the B&B bash plate was on it.

The bikers world the rear rack as you see here being booth that was on it now. One of the best things that were on the bike was the exhaust system. Yoshi a full exhaust system had a pipe and everything. You can see the head of pipes is fairly larger than a standard bike. This bike never cracked in two they come to the stock exhaust. It’s pretty narrow so a lot of people do the 3b3 sort of performance kit on them. They put the exhaust on and open the airbox up and reach it. I haven’t done that but I’m assuming it has been done because this thing just goes too good for a standard 400 d. All right so that was already on the bike so you can see there’s a lot of money already spent on this bike. I actually had to do anything which is good for me. Now what I’ve done for myself so if you looked at me messy Creek videos youtube videos I complained about the front end vagueness.

What happens to the front ends you’re tucking all the time you’re losing the front end. I hated it I was ready to sell the bike it was terrible because the DRS does haven’t loved reiki. The break here so that will rake here and how they measure here. A rake on them which is good for stability but you can get that tacna. You put a load on the bike you increase that rake over it makes sense there and therefore you can get that sort of vagueness at the front end. It was nice and good I didn’t like it so what I’ve done to try to improve that. There’s a lot of people what I’ve done here. I’ve raised the forks through the triple clamp so you can see that’s about just over an inch.

All right so I’ve done that and that lessens the rake so you can imagine is going up. It has improved it out of sight. That’s what I’ve done guys to improve that I’ll Ram the preload up on the spring. You can imagine that brings the bike this as well now you get the more you dilute them. All sorts of unstable at high speeds but that’s what you’ve got to like. A measure up and on five-nine I’m on me tippy-toes with that rake and there drz. With the spring preload and the D as it is a pretty tall bike. No three shock off done nothing at all to it. The springs pretty good enough for and I’m a lightweight. I’m a flyweight so the springs good for me but the rear shock it does need work on its bit of like a pogo stick. Hasn’t been touched since new and that’s money well-spent guys to do the reshot on these things.

New apparently got a bit of air in them so haven’t done to the rear shock. I will do that front forks it’s a completely stock and the only thing I’ve done too is gone one set high in the fork Springs. Now either way I think to drive a 44 standard in these that’s Newton-meters talk. Isn’t the front springs and I went up one on up to 46. I think I went to 46 just to making a bit strong heavier in the springs stiffer because of the front fuel tank and the headlight. I’ve got on it as well but that has improved the boy out of town as in the handling wise. It’s still a little bit you know I’d like that but geez I’m connected to this bike. The distance I’ve done it’s the most base bike I use of all. The airbox I have got its goodbye period that six-speed. We just ideal for an avoid adventure bike. Now, what a wide undo it besides those front Springs.

I put this new fender on it as you can see even though. I thought he broke in there like someone’s hit that do. It’s a like a smote our top screen front fenders and sees a bit smaller stockier less reading better for the wind. I’ve got it not actually looks a lot better than the standard. My fender on as well now what also did I put the oversize front disc on it. The front rotor now that was a mistake it soon oversized disc. I’d actually didn’t pay attention to the size of the disc itself. The standard disc 250 mils oversize normally about 280 290 so when it turned I went that’s 320 mils.

It’s the best mistake I’ve ever done it’s absolutely fantastic great in the dirt. It’s not over braked and great on the road and the best thing I could have done to this bike was that front brake. A lot better when I was traveling I’m doing the Simpson Desert that sort of stuff on the road was loaded up. The standard disc wants to pull up that’s for sure so that’s a 320. Now, this is only me no matter the size gonna be right for you guys out. This is what I’ve done to it I’m not a professional I’ve just done things that suit me. All fantastic no noise on the road not vibrate and who’s the grip. I’ve got a brand new one to go back on the back of it. We’ll put that on and I’ll call to go back to the dump lot 606s. These are motives our enduro toy is the back one it’s just don’t run. It’s an enduro tire and it’s just not gonna last. So I’ll go back to an adventure toy and they’re very noisy on the road.
